VP Innovations Holdings LLC (“Nooria”, Nooria Cloud”, "Company ","we ","us ", or “our”) operates the Nooria analytics platform and related services (“Service”).

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service or visit our websites.

SERVICE ARCHITECTURE & VIDEO PRIVACY

Nooria is designed with on-permises video processing.

 

By default:

 

  • Video streams remain on customer-controlled systems

  • Nooria does not host or store customer video feeds

  • Nooria does not perform live video monitoring

 

Only analytics metadata and event data are transmitted to Nooria dashboards unless separate written agreement states otherwise.

 

Customers control camera systems and are responsible for lawful video collection.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in four categories:

 

A. Account & Business Information

When you register or subscribe:

  • Name

  • e-mail address

  • Company name

  • Billing address

  • Payment contact details

  • Account credentials

  • Subscription plan data

 

B. Service Metadata

From deployed Nooria analytics systems:

  • Object counts (people, vehicles, etc.)

  • Event timestamps and snapshots

  • Detection metrics

  • Occupancy numbers

  • Heatmap coordinates 

  • System performance metrics

  • Device identifiers (non-video)

 

This data does not normally include raw video.

 

C. Dashboard & Usage Data

From dashboard usage:

  • Login timestamps

  • Feature usage

  • Configuration settings

  • Report generation activity

  • Storage usage

  • API calls

 

D. Website & Technical Data

From site visits:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device type

  • Cookies and analytics data

  • Referral URLs

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT BY DEFAULT

Nooria does not normally collect:

  • Raw video footage

  • Audio recordings

  • Biometric identifiers

  • Facial recognition data

  • Customer training datasets

  • Camera image archives

 

If a customer separately contracts for advanced services that change this, those terms will be documented in writing.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

  • Operate dashboards

  • Deliver analytics reports

  • Maintain subscriptions

  • Authenticate users

  • Provide support

  • Improve system performance

  • Monitor service reliability

  • Generate aggregated usage statistics

CUSTOMER VIDEO & SURVEILLANCE RESPONSABILITY

Customers control:

  • Legal basis for monitoring

 

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with surveillance and privacy laws.

 

Nooria acts only as a metadata analytics service provider.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable, we process data under:

  • Contract necessity

  • Legitimate business interests

  • Legal compliance

  • Customer authorization

 

Customers act as Data Controllers for camera data.


Nooria acts as a Data Processor for analytics metadata processed through dashboards.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell personal data.

  • Cloud infrastructure providers

  • Payment processors

  • Email delivery services

  • Support platforms

  • Security monitoring providers

 

All providers are contractually bound to confidentiality.

 

Technology Partners

Nooria integrates licensed third-party analytics technology. Limited system metadata may be processed through those components as required for operation.
